Terms of Service

By accessing or using RSociety ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

RSociety is a decentralized gambling platform operating on the Solana blockchain. Use of the Platform involves real-money wagering with cryptocurrency (CRAP token). You acknowledge the financial risks involved.

You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Platform:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not reside in or access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, including OFAC-sanctioned countries.
• Not be self-excluded from gambling on the Platform or any other gambling service.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Access to the Platform is through a Solana-compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. RSociety does not have custody of your funds at any time.

You must not share your wallet credentials or allow any unauthorized person to access the Platform through your wallet. All transactions initiated from your wallet are deemed authorized by you.

Game Fairness: All game outcomes are determined by a provably fair, multi-executor commit-reveal random number generation (RNG) system on the Solana blockchain. Results are verifiable on-chain.

Zero-Edge Model: RSociety operates at zero effective house edge. Mathematical house edge accumulated from game odds is rebated back to players through monthly dividends and continuous rebates. Revenue is derived exclusively from CRAP token swap fees.

Settlement: Bets are settled on-chain through sharded settlement queues. Settlement is final and irreversible once confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

Bet Limits: The Platform enforces maximum bet limits, circuit breakers, and per-wallet exposure limits. These limits may be adjusted at any time to maintain the integrity and solvency of the house.

The CRAP token is the native currency of the Platform. It is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument. The token has no guaranteed value and its price is determined by market supply and demand on the Meteora decentralized exchange.

A 5% swap fee applies to all CRAP/SOL trades on the Meteora DEX. This fee is distributed to veCRAP stakers and constitutes the Platform's revenue model.

RSociety is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools and gamble responsibly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform if you are under the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or use VPNs to access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in violation of fair play policies.
• Engage in collusion, Sybil attacks, or any form of coordinated manipulation.
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or smart contract flaws for personal gain.
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RSOCIETY DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, OR PROFIT.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. RSociety is not responsible for losses incurred through gambling, blockchain network failures, smart contract bugs, or market volatility of the CRAP token.

RSociety's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of CRAP tokens in your Player Bankroll account at the time of the claim.

If you believe a bet was incorrectly settled, you may file a dispute through the Platform's in-app dispute system. Disputes must be filed within 72 hours of the contested transaction.

All on-chain transaction data is publicly verifiable. RSociety will investigate disputes using on-chain evidence and resolve them within 7 business days.

RSociety reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform and may require re-acceptance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
